Getting Started
Once you have decided to go ahead, we will arrange a time to visit the site and undertake the drone services. Meeting someone on site is not typically necessary unless preferred, even without direct access to the site, we can still undertake the drone services.

Finalising your Aerial Photography
Once have we been to site and caried out our services, we will usually send over the photography within a couple if days, depending on the amount of post production and editing required.

As all projects are different, we provide a bespoke quotation tailored to your requirements. Once receiving all of the project details, we aim to provide a quotation within 24 hours.
Do you need to meet someone at the site?
There is typically no need for us to meet anybody at the site as we can carry out any drone photography services even without direct access to the site. Of course we are more than happy to meet you on site if preferred.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We cannot fly our drones in rain or strong winds so we will always book a site visit in based on the weather forecast at the time. If the weather changed and we cannot make it to site, we will inform you and rearrange to visit site as soon as possible.
What do we need to get started?
The only information that we need to provide an initial quotation is the site address and what service you require, ie roof survey, marketing photography etc..
How long will it take?
The actual time on site would usually last anywhere from 1 - 4 hours depending on the complexity of the job. Once we have carried out the aerial photography / survey, the final images are usually sent over within a couple of days once any necessary post editing has been completed.
